Questa informativa spiega come vengono trattati i dati personali di chi visita www.cesareberisha.it e di chi mi contatta attraverso il sito, ai sensi degli articoli 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Quali dati tratto

• Dati che mi fornisci tu, quando compili il modulo "Richiedi un preventivo" o mi scrivi: nome e azienda, indirizzo email, tipo di progetto, tempistiche, il testo del messaggio e qualsiasi altra informazione tu decida di inserire.
• Dati tecnici di navigazione: il server che ospita il sito registra automaticamente alcune informazioni tecniche (per esempio indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, browser) nei log di sicurezza.
• Statistiche di visita anonime: uso uno strumento di statistica che non usa cookie e non raccoglie dati che ti identificano. Conta visite e alcune azioni (per esempio l'invio del modulo o il clic su WhatsApp) solo in forma aggregata.

Ti chiedo di non inserire nel modulo dati particolari (per esempio dati sulla salute) che non servono per un preventivo.

3. Perché li tratto e su quale base giuridica

• Rispondere alle tue richieste e preparare un preventivo: base giuridica è l'esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Gestire l'eventuale incarico che ne segue e i relativi obblighi di legge, anche fiscali: esecuzione del contratto e obblighi di legge (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.c GDPR).
• Sicurezza e corretto funzionamento del sito e statistiche anonime e aggregate: mio legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Non uso i tuoi dati per marketing, newsletter o profilazione e non li vendo a nessuno.

4. Conferimento dei dati

Inviare il modulo è facoltativo. I campi richiesti servono però a risponderti: senza, non posso dare seguito alla richiesta.

5. A chi vengono comunicati

I dati sono trattati da me e, solo per quanto necessario, da fornitori che mi offrono servizi tecnici e agiscono come responsabili del trattamento:

• Aruba S.p.A. (Italia): hosting del sito.
• Resend, Inc. (USA, con invio dalla regione UE): servizio che inoltra alla mia casella i messaggi inviati con il modulo.
• Apple (iCloud Mail): casella email su cui ricevo i messaggi.
• Umami: statistiche di visita anonime e senza cookie.
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia, UE): distribuzione dei video del portfolio.

Se un fornitore tratta dati fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo, il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle garanzie previste dagli articoli 44 e seguenti del GDPR, per esempio decisioni di adeguatezza come il Data Privacy Framework UE-USA o Clausole Contrattuali Standard.

6. Servizi esterni raggiungibili dal sito

I pulsanti per prenotare una call (Calendly), scrivermi su WhatsApp e visitare i miei profili LinkedIn e Instagram sono semplici link: sul sito non viene caricato nessuno script di questi servizi. Se li apri, il trattamento dei tuoi dati è regolato dalle loro informative.

I video completi del portfolio (Bunny Stream e, se presenti, Vimeo o YouTube nella versione con meno tracciamento) si caricano solo quando premi il pulsante di riproduzione.

7. Per quanto tempo li conservo

• Richieste che non diventano un incarico: per il tempo necessario a gestirle e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto.
• Richieste che diventano un incarico: per la durata del rapporto e poi per il tempo previsto dalla legge per la documentazione contabile e fiscale (di norma 10 anni).
• Log tecnici del server: per il periodo stabilito dal fornitore di hosting per finalità di sicurezza.

8. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedermi in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in un formato portabile o opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (articoli 15–21 GDPR). Basta scrivere a media@cesareberisha.it.

Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Non sono presenti processi decisionali automatizzati né profilazione.

Cookie

Questo sito non installa cookie propri, né tecnici né di profilazione, e non usa strumenti di tracciamento pubblicitario. Per questo non compare nessun banner.

• Statistiche: lo strumento di statistica (Umami) funziona senza cookie e senza raccogliere dati che ti identificano.
• Font: sono ospitati sul sito stesso; non vengono richiesti a servizi esterni.
• Video: le anteprime in movimento si caricano dalla rete di distribuzione di Bunny Stream senza cookie. Il player completo (Bunny Stream, o eventualmente Vimeo o YouTube) si attiva solo se premi il pulsante di riproduzione e potrebbe installare cookie propri, regolati dall'informativa del rispettivo servizio.

Puoi in ogni caso gestire o cancellare i cookie dalle impostazioni del tuo browser.

This notice explains how personal data of visitors to www.cesareberisha.it and of people who contact me through the website are processed, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data I process

• Data you provide when you fill in the "Request a quote" form or write to me: name and company, email address, project type, timing, the text of your message and any other information you choose to include.
• Technical browsing data: the server hosting the website automatically records some technical information (for example IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) in security logs.
• Anonymous visit statistics: I use an analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect data that identifies you. It counts visits and some actions (for example submitting the form or clicking WhatsApp) in aggregate form only.

Please do not include special categories of data (for example health data) that are not needed for a quote.

3. Why I process it and on what legal basis

• Replying to your requests and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing any resulting assignment and related legal obligations, including tax obligations: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Website security and proper operation, and anonymous aggregate statistics: my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and I do not sell it to anyone.

4. Providing your data

Submitting the form is optional. The required fields are needed to reply to you: without them, I cannot follow up on your request.

5. Who receives it

Data is processed by me and, only as far as necessary, by providers of technical services acting as data processors:

• Aruba S.p.A. (Italy): website hosting.
• Resend, Inc. (USA, sending from the EU region): service that forwards form messages to my inbox.
• Apple (iCloud Mail): the mailbox where I receive messages.
• Umami: anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia, EU): delivery of portfolio videos.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as adequacy decisions like the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. External services reachable from the website

The buttons to book a call (Calendly), message me on WhatsApp and visit my LinkedIn and Instagram profiles are plain links: no scripts from these services are loaded on the website. If you open them, your data is governed by their own privacy notices.

Full portfolio videos (Bunny Stream and, where present, Vimeo or YouTube in their reduced-tracking version) load only when you press the play button.

7. How long I keep it

• Requests that do not become an assignment: for as long as needed to handle them, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
• Requests that become an assignment: for the duration of the relationship and then for the period required by law for accounting and tax records (usually 10 years).
• Server technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.

8. Your rights

At any time you can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Just write to media@cesareberisha.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies, neither technical nor profiling cookies, and uses no advertising trackers. That is why no banner is shown.

• Analytics: the analytics tool (Umami) works without cookies and without collecting data that identifies you.
• Fonts: hosted on the website itself; they are not requested from external services.
• Videos: moving previews load from Bunny Stream's delivery network without cookies. The full player (Bunny Stream, or possibly Vimeo or YouTube) starts only if you press play and may set its own cookies, governed by that service's privacy notice.

You can always manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
